May Bank Holiday Weekend

I went out with my Daddy on friday as he had to have his car heater blower fixed.  It took a long time to get the part so we had to go around Parkstone for many hours, which to be honest wasn't very interesting.  It was freezing cold too!

The most important thing happened in a play park that I really enjoyed.  I was spinning around in a kind of mini spinning cup, when I fell out and did a face plant on the ground.  Fortunately it was one of those safe surfaces but I still got a big bu-bu on my face which you can see in the photos taken this weekend.

On Saturday Mummy and Daddy took me to see some horse eventing up the road.  It was a nice day but cold again and I saw so many horses, it was incredible.  They were doing dressage and jumping.

In the afternoon we went with Nana and Granddad to Charborough Park where the private estate gardens were open for charity.  I was rather grumpy probably because I have a cold and had been woken up.  It wasn't until the tea and cakes that I properly got back to my normal self.  Sorry for being a grump!  It was a beautiful garden and the weather was lovely.

Here I am having a horsey ride with my Daddy

On Sunday we went to Moors Valley in lovely weather.  I had a good run around and went on the train with Mummy.  Later we had a lovely dinner at Nana and Granddad's house and Auntie S bought me a fantastic Schleich horse!

I asked my Daddy to come on the train too!

Here I am being a bit of a hazard with my stick!

Small Horses & spring Flowers

My Daddy took me to Wonderland again where I saw an amazing baby shetland pony.  She was so amazing we went to see her four times that day.  She was tiny and only a week old.
Daddy took me on lots of rides including the battle boats, the caterpillar and the yoyo.  I also played on the castle and went to the petting corner.

At the weekend I went for a walk in Garston Wood with Mummy and Daddy as Daddy said it was very impressive right now and we really should see it.  I had a good run around in all the coloured flowers.

One of my funny faces!

I'm back!

Its been a long time since My Daddy posted a blog as we have a rather manic lifestyle these days.  Lots has been happening of course and I continue to grow bigger at a scary rate and can talk the hind legs off a donkey!

My Daddy recently went away for a long time and I was so happy and hyper-excited when he returned.  I kept telling everybody he was on a boat and when he came back he showed me photos he had taken of big sharks, birds and other exciting stuff.

I now have a pass to Adventure Wonderland Park where I can go on some rides, but most importantly they have horses and I am allowed to have a go at riding.  Horses still feature rather a lot in my life!

They also had a "Mike The Knight" day and my Daddy took me to see him.  To be honest he was rather a lot bigger than he looks on TV and I was a bit wary.  My Daddy had to hold me for a photo as I didn't want to stand on my own with Mike!

Daddy then took me for a cultural experience at Wimborne St Giles where we had tea and cake.  He says it is a treasure of truly British culture, whatever that means, but anyway the cake was nice and lots of people smiled at me, so it must be pretty good.

We finished with a run and play around the rings at Knowlton Church.  Daddy said Nana would like the cowslips, which covered the banks.

Yesterday Daddy took me to see my horse friends up the road and for a breakfast at the garden centre.  Its quite a good walk for little legs like mine, but for horses its well worth it of course.  I discovered that horses like grass but they are not too keen on stones.

Its snowing!

Today when I woke up I looked out of the window and it was snowing!

I went outside with Mummy & Daddy and we played snow balls in the garden.  We then went for a walk to see the horses down Haddons Drive a short way from home.

Oh, before I forget, I went to my first pantomime last night and I was really pleased to see that they had a panto horse.  I made people laugh when I shouted out that the horse was pooing!  I was very good and enjoyed the show.

Here are some photos from today.
Daddy said it was very bleak at Knowlton Church early this morning

Daddy caught a photo of this snowball in mid flight when Mummy threw it at him
